Hi mate good job but ,I always think you should put a piece of 12mm ply on the inside where the outlet goes through the body to strengthen the panel side then screws then go through panel and into ply panel vans tend to flex when driving and screws can give over time. I have fitted my truma exhaust this way. A bit of info check Greg virgo videos on you tube they are brilliant.👍

Nice work but the direction of the clamp on the exhaust outlet of combi is wrong the claws should be facing the device

Just dont understand. Such big expansive boiler water heating and air heating. For what in this car? LPG? for what? you could buy Eberspacher or webasto air heater diesel and take fuel directly from your main tank.
