This was Northern Improvement Company of Fargo ND doing this work. Their plow train was one of the most enjoyable jobs I ever had. they could plow up to i think 8' deep in a single pass and cleanup with only a cat 140 motor grader. Not sure why they did this in two passes, we always buried the pipe in the first pass... if I remember right Stanly our fuel man put 1500 gal a day in those "fat Allis's". sure do miss those days!

@MrAlucard222 ...We used to watch a contractor in Western Colorado dig mud pits for the drill rigs. He had a couple of International TD 25s that could out push and out rip any Cat dozer made...we used to make it a point to find when he was working to witness the ass kicking he did to the Cat High tracks..... what a helluva crawler...amazing to watch it......it was Rippy Inc of New Castle Colorado...Thx...RR

That is absolutely amazing. Sooo much hp pulling a ripper, would love to see the size of the ripper it would have to be massive to handle the hp. 👍🏼👍🏼🇦🇺

Of course these 524hp 41-Bs are bigger then the 370hp D9Ns.These 41-Bs are about the same size as the D10Ns/D10Rs

by the looks are the area, id say they have some soft ground and the way they are doin it wont impact the soil as much as a D11R would, all the weight on one area would pack it way tighter then the way they are doin it, AND if it got stuck, you might get one or all those tractors to pull it out, :) Just what im guessin !

Holy Fucking Loudness! LOL, that was cool. I've never seen that before. I didn't see the chain until the first couple went by; I was like "what they hell are they doing!?" That is a parade of power, man. And very squeaky!
