I remember a guy running a 6-31 and was told to dig around a big tree to bust the roots off, but he decided that hitting it with the rear of the scraper would be wiser. That thing come to a instant stop and through him around the cab a bit, he found out how solid those trees are anchored in

In this case the tree had been looking sickly for about 10 years. No doubt dieing from the roots up.

Grease + dirt equals grinding paste so , no. Not a good idea at all. Earmuffs are essential for operating the machine.

Good idea but the sheep, wallabies and possums eat anything that grows.

Much of Tasmania looks like that in a drought. The sheep and a few thousand wallabies will decimate a paddock in days.
