    Thank you so much for the video. I just put it on for my Spider (Lusso trim). I realized how much easier this is compare to other cars. Kudos to Mazda and FIAT.

    Just installed today, but is normal that I don’t hear any sound like “pssshhh-pssshhh” (like pigeon, as in other videos on KZread)? I wanna know if I have mounted it correctly

    @@ignaziozinfollino9213 I think so. Pretty sure it’s only for holding boost at higher rpms and for longer after you let go of the throttle. Mine doesn’t do a sound either

    2017 124 Spider abarth here. My instructions say to remove the yellow o-ring from factory diverter to use on the DV+, but the diagram shows it sitting on the stock part where the DV+ body contacts. In the video it seems like you never removed the yellow o-ring so I'm thinking that's what I'll have to do? Also, I see notes where they say to lubricate with engine oil on the piston (instructions) and spring, o-rings, etc. (online forum comments)

    I’m thinking about getting a Fiat Spider or the Mazda Miata. Which one do you think I should get for great quality over a long time.

    I'm a tech for Chrysler dodge jeep ram and fiat, I have never seem the lack of quality control with parts manufacturing as with this group. And it's not just a specific model or brand. When a tech is changing tappets and cam shafts at 15, 30, 60 thousand miles due to failed needle bearings in roller lifters causing cam load to be ground off on roller cage. I have unpackaged new roller lifters, soaked them in new clean container w/new oil and after taking them out the container is always littered with specs of metal, not always just specs but sometimes small sharp tiny chunks. This is not acceptable in a working quality control facility. Take it for what it's worth. Every engine from the HEMI to the Turbo in the 124, to the 3.6 pentastar all have bad issues that is just lack of quality in manufacturing. Would love to stand behind a product that I deal with every day but , much better quality options, if u must I would say Miata but really neither. Good luck.

    I highly recommend the forge. I had a DV+ for years but upgraded to the forge and I’m massively impressed. Get a tune first though

    FreedomVanGo agreed, the 124 is a much better looking car. My local Mazda dealer is in the costco buyer program so there’s no haggling and a great price. My local Fiat dealer is not so it’s all negotiable
