We don't have enough Moon Cancer (or Pretender/Beast, being fairly new classes) to be abused, compared to Foreigners. It's mostly servants related to the Moon Cell rather than an actual Counter Force class. Besides, the "madness" associated with the horrors of Foreigners fit more in the inner side of the evaluation done by the Counter Force. And could be a Hint for the new Abby protection of our dreams.

No, it misses horribly a lot. This is no different. Solid in concept, only passable in execution. If I had to grade it, it'd get a D+ at the most. Pales in comparison to, say, Count of Monte Cristo, though. If you want to talk about "Peak Fiction", that is a much more valid candidate.
