ya probably cause Koyanskya was also "Daji" as Shi Huang Di called her in LB3. I looked up Daji, and apparently she was a super fucked up woman(like torture loving etc.), who was also a consort to one of China's rulers. Legends and myths later portrayed her as a Fox Spirit. In later dynasties, they portrayed her as one of the incarnations of the nine-tailed fox. (this is the real lore) I'm guessing FGO drew on that, as Koyanskya is one of the Tamamo-nine and a fox spirit, so at one point while she existed, she probably was in China while also being a japanese servant.
