She really fits the requirements
I did it with Tametomo because the fight is really tailored to his kit, but his damage is nowhere near good enough to 3 turn (at least not below NP4). But I doubt my Melusine or Morgan would have made the cut either (Melu, because I don't have MLB bgrail and Morgan because the evade and def up on a foreigner).

@syamilfaiz1189 Not impossible, but requires rng and doing the quest "the right way" otherwise Hokusai will just remove the def buffs before her NP.

The only thing that caught me offguard was the def buff removal. That's why i brought guts MC. But i think it was just bad rng on my part.

That's a lot of debuffs at the start, and they don't seem to be removable. Still, Melu firebombed the heck out of them both.

The only problematic thing is how she removes the defense buffs. You have to either resist or hope for rng if you want to pass with inv or castoria buff. Thats why i used guts mystic code.
