No. They're from Mahoutsukai no Hako, Type-Moon's promotional mobile site that ran from 2009-2014, and they had their own series of audio dramas and 2 manga series. Carnival Phantasm is a crossover. Every character in it (barring 3 of the Neco-Arc variants) are from somewhere else that existed first.

I don't remember who they had met during their Cameo in Carnival Phantasm, but I'm pretty sure they hadn't interacted with any characters you mentioned.
