It's a subscribe mod on the steam workshop. It was in I'm guessing Japanese writing?.. the name of the mod that is.

What u can travel in this boat like this? Go deep sea fishing?? I didn't know you could do these things

Yes max level. Got a few better new videos. Trying to get better every day. Might have to revisit FFXV in triplescreen on stream. ;)
