it charges your kenki points and gives you meditation nodes for Shoha/Shoha II i believe every 3 sec is 10 points and 1 medidation node You use it during down time, when the boss can't be targeted (because phase change or smthing similar)

Samurai, BLM, and MCH are all great classes to play with randoms in party finder. What good are raid buffs in parties where no one knows how to, or even tries to capitalize on them? Arcane circle, brotherhood, or whatever else might as well not exist when the party is just pressing buttons at random.

SAM/BLM are top picks for speed kills and parse runs. Buff classes get the most from a class like SAM/BLM that does more damage from the buffs. Synergy 😎

@@KayaFiend14 Of course SAM/BLM are too picks for optimized groups. My point was that buff classes don't perform as well outside those speed kill or parse groups. Randoms in party finder generally suck, so raid buffs never get their full value.

All of this doesn't matter cause my monk can just catch his sword with his bare hand. Ranjit thaught me and I surpassed him.
