Ah! great catch (no pun intended!) looks like i somehow managed to accidentialy copy and paste the co-ordinates from the Spangled Pirarucu. I've updated the spreadsheet accordingly. Will pin this! Appreciated!

Quick little tip to stage 4 oil slick catch, you have to cast into white oil falls, so you have to be on one of the potruding cliffs next to waterfall in khoulsia, wanted to post this so someone doesn't waste a hour and like 60 bait like me trying to figure out what i am doing wrong xp

Enjoyed tackling the fishing relic, very chillled! :) most enjoyable so far!

Thank you for the video and I used the spreadsheet and the video. I'm just doing part 6. The gathering tools are far more enjoyable than doing the crafting ones, especially stage 6. The difference in difficulty between the crafter's and gatherers is crazy. You would think the gathering tool would be the one that's more difficult considering there's only 3 and not 8.

i changed the macro a bit, now you can click it again if a fish bites before 5s, at 5s it makes a sound and any fish that bites after the sound will automatically be caught, aka press button, if fish bites before sound, press button again, otherwise just wait: /micon "Precision Hookset" /ac "Cast" /ac "Precision Hookset" /ac "Hook" /e 5 /e 6 /e 7 /e 8 /ac "Precision Hookset"

I'm super confused as to what I'm doing wrong. The collectable bar isnt showing up for me when I get the seahorse? I have done collectables many times for both miner and botanist, so what am I doing wrong as a fisher? D:

Fishing is now different to mining and botany in that you have to toggle collectables on by pressing your level 50 skill 'collect'. The buff it gives you needs to be up to catch fish as collectables.

After 200 casts on both fish for the rod parts first for step one, I couldnt get a single bite i needed, 0 !! bit in greatwoods, and no ! in the right time slot in Il Megh. Idk what im doing wrong, I have al the stuff I need.

hey! stage 1? the fish are in lakeland and kholusia. Sounds like you may have mis-read and are in the stage 2 locations?

Almost done with botanist/miner. Not sure how far I'll go with fisher
