I remember just finishing a CE when another White Mage got this duel. My party along with others were at the sidelines, cheering while watching the WHM just dodge the attacks. It was fun to watch.

I cleared this duel as SGE several weeks ago thanks to this guide. I can share some thoughts about this specifc duel from my experience and why sage can be the best from healers out here. Disclaimer - I did this duel with already having all 10/10/10 resistance buffs which is quite the grind. If you don't have these buffs my ideas may be unapplicable to you. 1) If you use Deep Essence of the Templar with full resistance buffs, raid food, Lost Bubble and Lost Protect II (which you likely do for duel preparation if you don't have a clear of it yet) - you don't need Lost Manawall to survive Twin Agonies. Just use personal shield and some mitigations like Holos, Kerachole etc. Oh, and Auto-Potion can be handy to just instantly restore 50% of your very high amount of HP after that attack. 2) At the time of this message sage has the biggest advantage of all healers - it is Icarus, the gapcloser dash. You can dash to Lyon during splitting Rage and adjust misdirection from much safer position. You can even try to use it at Heart of Nature + Taste of Blood combo but timing is very tight. If you get used to it you don't need Lost Swift. 3) I had one run where I forgot to bring Lost Dispel (don't be like me :D). I had quite the tough time to survive all that stuff. But what I did learn to my surprise is that if Lyon's autoattack don't pierce shields just by itself the extra damage comes to his Enaero buff (that needs to be dispelled) doesn't get through at all. So shields actually did buy me enough time to survive and get some progress on the fight. I may try one day to reclear this fight without bringing ANY of the necessary actions. But like I said, these duel guides are AMAZING up to this very day. Thanks, Dynamis, for making them!

Nice video, thank you. I may have to go this route as I've run castrum 57 times, and continue to see other people getting Lyons note. This rng is bullshit.

Superbolide does *not* work on Twin Agonies. I’ve watched this and another video (which said tank invulns worked) over and over to where I know the fight quite well and I popped Superbolide well before his cast went off, then he straight up kills me with Twin Agonies.

Use Lost Manawall while Lyon is charging Twin Agonies to survive the attack.
