I have no idea how you managed to make this, but its now my favorite piece of FF14 media ever

I usually don't care much about other peoples WoL (if it's not my own friends) but the little everyday scenes in this video, made me fall in love with everyone even though I don't know them. Very well done, it felt like I was part of your little group and not just an outsider ♥

I love that this wasnt just another rehash of the dance mod. it was so cute seeing the little scenes with all your characters!! very well done!!

I love this! Using so many locations, but also the bits of personal interaction and slight story related elements too. This was by far the best I have seen of "As You Like It" FF14 video

The difference scenes to break up the dance is good

@BunBurrow oh, i'm not animating anything myself, i'm sorry!! this video was done with a dance mod imported into the game Final Fantasy XIV. the scenes in between were done by forcing in-game emotes on to the character models with an app called Anamnesis (I use the XIVLauncher plugin "Brio" for this now, which is essentially the same app with more convenient tools) the dance animation itself was created for the game Project Sekai. i believe these sorts of dance mods are done by mocapping the motion and adjusting/applying to character models in blender, but honestly i can't be sure, sorry! 🙏 i'd look up how MMD dances are made!

i'll be totally honest, i can't remember which shader it is! i believe it's one of maya's sharlayan presets, which came with gshade by default & carried over to reshade when i swapped between them
