Correction: Cornservant is only obtained after a series of unlinked quests. After hitting 100 and getting past Solution 9, you need to find the Cornservant NPC in each zone (including Tuli) and run the quest they have.

If no one has told you yet, the Wind-up Mamool Ja appears to be from Highland Exploration XXXI, the current highest at level 100.
