Nice! I'm going to be going through my own journey to level 99 with the Besaid Aurochs but it's nice to see a blitzball video in this day and age

The Blitzball mini game is so good. I played it so much back in the day. FFX is just a gem of a game. Are you playing the OG ps2 one or the remaster?

Really cool! I admire the amount of time and energy this must've taken! I can't wait or play through FFX to do the dark aeons or even Blitzball, just enough to get the Jupiter Sigil, then I'm done.

I think my save file was like 337 hours or something like that haha 😂

I think there's dialog in the super early game where Keepa notes that he'd like to be a Shooter. I think his late game 99 Shoot is a nod to that.

If you release him from the team he will say “One day I’ll be better than you, mark my words” or something like that He might have 99sh but he’s other stats are very mediocre. Still it’s cool to watch his Sh skyrocketing after lv 90

I would have it, I rarely use it though. The animation for it takes a lot of time. I usually like to win 10-0 lol

So fitting the team would be the Guado Glories... Not only should the be called the Guado IN-glories ... But after the smack down you laid it'll be understood both athletically AND socially!

a modest 8-0 victory can be achieved against any team. Blitzball is just easy, asides from the match you play when first arriving at luca and subsequent matches vs the al bhed (darn you nimrook, you are too good ^^)

@@ArmageddonDutch Nimrook really is the GK GOAT. Although he doesn't learn antinap/wither 2 from memory so he was vulnerable.

I never got the hang of playing this blitzball. Might have to play the game again and try it out . Required too much brain energy at the time lol 😂

Blitzball is actually quite difficult early on. Basically the number stats for players have a chance calculation, so example a 20 CA goalkeeper can still lose to a 15 Shot but most of the time will save the goal

​@@respawn255In my opinion blitzball even at the beginning isn't that hard unless you don't do two things specifically, first is knowing to change the default controls from automatic movement to manual movement with the triangle button and second realizing that any time your team is holding the blitzball pressing square will allow you to either pass, shoot or dribble

Hold up.....If Keepa started out as a goalie......Why is his SH 99? It's almost like the game meant for him to come out from the goal?

Keepa… he’s an odd one. His CA is ok after he levels a little, but after like lv 40-50 he becomes pretty bad. His shooting will remain at like 1-3 until he reaches like, maybe level 80 or so. Then his shooting goes haywire and increases like 9 points per level. Only player that has 99 shooting… but the rest of his stats are rubbish, he’s still not that good

It’s because Wakka has this shot ability that adds up all the shot of the remaining aurochs. So Keepas 99 will add in

I have a fair few hours in Blitzball but have never seen the invisible shot 😂

There’s a player called Tatts sitting in Kilika near the boat, right down the bottom of the pier He starts with the Invisible Shot, if ai or yourself recruits him and uses it, then it will spread to other players

Tidus himself can also kinda perform the invisible shot with Jecht Shot 2

Why aren't you using Jecht shot and Jecht shot 2 on Tidus?

The animation time is long so I can’t score as fast… and those shots are also completely broken lol 😂 makes it way too easy

@@respawn255 I think the most I scored in one was 10 but the team had a very weak MF so after blitzoff I'd steal it and shoot immediately and didn't need any techs. I figured that was the reason.

Mine is 17, which is borderline ridiculous. Tidus was in mid, but he was over leveled against Vuroja Vuroja’s En was like 3 higher that Tidus At, but with Nap Tackle 3 I managed 9 in the first half and 8 in the second Pretty much everything had to go perfect to get that high of a score

Some people on o like forums claim to have hit above 20… but with no footage I doubt it. But yeah it’s an interesting question, what is the Blitz record for goals. Might try myself

8 is my all time top favourite. First one I played too. I have a save file with a grinded card mod start before leaving for Timber, so I can get all best weapons for all besides Irvine

@@respawn255 Hahaha, 8 is so broken and the plotline is so questionable, but 8 is still FAR FAR better than FF15. At least you have full control of all of your characters in 8, have a wide variety of magics to use, and at least 8 has a proper final boss.
