Next Packaging’s premium quality Automatic FFS Machine/ pouch packaging machine filling with advanced vibration based filler system is used to fill granules and free flow powders like tea, coffee beans, sugar, seeds, almonds, cashews, wheat, lentils (dal), nuts, wafers, micro and small components in pouches, bottle or any containers.
In certain conditions, this stainless steel variant can be used to fill powder even in the pouches. But the powder to be filled must not be too fine or oily. Instead it should be dry and free-flowing so that the granule filling variant can work seamlessly.
This model has been equipped with load cell based weighing technology for accurate filling of granules as per the pre-set quantity. With packing range between 1 and 100 grams per pack, this budget-friendly model’s hopper capacity is much larger and its sturdy design means low maintenance costs. The stainless steel contact parts add to the machine’s durability.
Easy to dismantle for cleaning purposes, its wiring mechanism is located in a separate outside cabin. Working:
In granule filler Before filling, the operator has to manually adjust the vibratory feeder of the machine as per the quantity of the granules to be filled so that pre-set quantity can be filled in an accurate and precise manner. Quantity per pack has also to be determined in advance.
In FFS machine operator hast to set the rolls, set the suitable pouch length
Then, press the ‘Start’ Button and the machine will start working
