Thanks for the strat! Another tank to consider is Dynast KS Ashe. She has 150% machine killer for the team and 250% single target.

Indeed, Ashe is great here, I used her in my first guide which is why I used Esther here :-)

Celeste is kinda crucial due to the 100% amps for Sterne and maria, but I did it with bartz, Sterne, Celeste, Ashe, Mirei, and Avan. Swap Celeste for perhaps maria and you shouuuulllldddd get R1, cuz that team hit right at 24.8. without the 100% amp.

You lose a lot by taking out Celeste, since she provides the 70% amp field and 100% amp for both Sterne and Maria. Not saying it can't be done, but you'll need serious firepower to make up for it. If you have Return Fina she can be your amp field while also giving Maria a 100% light amp. Then Prompto or Penelo can handle breaks, imperils, imperil fields. Then Bart Maria Sterne and your next strongest light DPS unit. Might be able to make it work.

Bartz exchange for Maria? Maria is damage dealer?

That should work fine, Barts leader skill will bump up Celeste and Sterne and Bart deals good damage himself.

EX3 Celeste and Maria were a bigger crutch than expected. eventually had to also swap Tsukiko for Prompto and 2B for Lion to be able to hit dmg cap.
