Cooking recipe and ingredients:
Spinach 150gr.
You don't have to pick spinach.
1 red pepper.
1 yellow pepper
1 carrot.
Canned corn 200 gr.
1 cucumber.
Now let's make the avocado dressing.
1/2 avocado
Yogurt 3 tablespoons.
Olive oil 3 tablespoons.
Soak 3 tablespoons.
2-3 cloves of garlic.
1/2 lemon juice.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Stir with a blender.
Mix.
Now let's make an avocado spread.
1/2 avocado
Chives.
Some lemon juice.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Baguette.
Fry on both sides.
Feta.
Pine nuts.

I love your videos.My family was German and when I was a child we spoke some German at home. I wish I had taught my children and grandchildren more.. I am 70 yrs old now and my health is bad so I can't cook but I am teaching 2 granddaughters and they love the recipes and learning the words. Es cierto, yo me antoje, aunque para la crema de aguacate me toca con otra cebolla, esa no la conozco, ni los aderezos italianos jejeje pero con eso tengo la idea, y esa ensalada si me la haré, se ve deliciosa

@@helenahayes6150 Good morning, I find cashew yogurt works fine as my substitute option. I use it alone as a dressing even. I use it on baked potatoes, dip vegetables in it. There are other options you could use. There are two online companies which ship. The first is PlantX, the second is Fakemeats. Both sell many different plant based options. As does, Vons supermarket also Trader Joe's. You just need to try a few to see what you like. Have a pleasant day 😊.
