Ingredients and preparation:
250g of cabbage.
1 bell pepper.
1 carrot.
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
fry over medium heat until golden brown.
fry on low heat until tender.
4 eggs.
Salt.
pepper.
1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
3 tablespoons of sour cream or yogurt.
3 tablespoons of flour.
fry the vegetables over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
cover and fry over low and medium heat for 7-8 minutes.
30g mozzarella (optional).
