Thank you for sharing! Very helpful! Well presented! 👍💖
Amazing talk. Well done.
thank you so much Joe, it is as clear as crystal. Will definitely promote your video to my fellow.
Hello. I had a fetal echo at 24 weeks. Cardiologist mention baby girl having raa. But never mention any genetic testing. She said she would have a normal live. Just if she had any issues swallowing. I just received my results her summary was this. Arch sidedness difficult to visualize but likely left-sided aortic arch. Plan to re-assess on follow-up study. I’m going back in 4 weeks. My nipt test did not detect digeorge syndrome.
Excellent cases and presentation Sir 👍
Excellent lecture.
Thank you so much👌
fantastic work thx alot, we wanna know more about the machine and settings to get that beautiful images plz.
Thank you
Great imaging! It s an Aplio i700 machine? Thank you
Hello, awesome presentation! I needed one clarification- about the 3vt mirror image- so the mirror image is normal too? Or is it abnormal as it is on the right of trachea? Please clarify. Thank you

A right aortic and ductal arch in combination is considered normal when there is mirror image dextrocardia. However, if there is right aortic arch with a right ductus in levocardia, then it is abnormal, but not a vascular ring.

Hi Joe, I’m a trainee sonographer towards the end of my training! I found your presentation is very thorough and informative! Thank you for the excellent presentation! To remember the normal 3VT, I created an easy way last night. 🫰🏻making a heart ❤️ with left hand straight wrist. Then the thumb will be the pulmonary a (DA) and the index finger will be the Ao. Then naturally from left to right, 🫰🏻it has the thumb then index, equals DA then Ao. From anterior to posterior( top to bottom), 🫰🏻naturally has pulmonary then Ao. Thumb(Pulmonary) is naturally slightly bigger than the index (Ao). To make a heart, needs the thumb and index touching, which is the top of ‘V’ sign. ❤️also needs the same color, otherwise that’s Pepsi. Do you think it’s a good way to remember it? Again thank you for your wonderful presentation! 🧡🧡🧡

Hi, I also want to clarify that sometimes we see azygous vein in 3vt is that normal?
@EchoKreeger
Жыл бұрын
Yes, this is normal as the azygous vein normally will enter the posterior aspect of the SVC in the 3VTV view. Thank you for viewing the presentation.

Most of the images in this view are from the Canon Aplio 500 machine and some are from the Hitachi Lisendo. Thanks for watching.!
Hi, I have my 20 week scan anomaly and right aortic arch is present and in 3vt view there is U configuration around trachea suggestive of right aortic arch with left ductal arch. Doctor asked us to ameniocentesis. Is it abnormal condition?with my mental status not really sure what to ask here
@EchoKreeger
Жыл бұрын
Not really associated with aneuploidy or genetic abnormality. There is a slight and rare association with DiGeorge syndrome however. I personally would not recommend amniocentesis.

Thanks so much for quick response! Baby will not have any issues after birth?
@EchoKreeger
Жыл бұрын
@@bhavanareddy7333 It is a vascular ring and may need surgery to correct if baby has symptoms. These symptoms include dysphagia (difficulty swallowing) and/or stridor (noisy breathing due to airway compression).
