Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

The Festool KAPEX KSC 60 and Festool SYMMETRIC SYMC 70 Mitre Saws are both fantastic tools. That said, they both specialise in different tasks. Which tool is better for you?
The Festool KAPEX KSC 60 Brushless Sliding Compound Mitre Saw from ITS produces unbeatably precise cross cuts - in an enormous range of applications with mitre angles of up to 60° on each side and bevel angles of up to 47° on each side.
The twin-column guide with two bearings ensures that the saw blade is guided smoothly and with precision whichever setting is chosen: This makes every cut perfect, without wobbles or juddering.
In conjunction with the dual battery system, the brushless EC-TEC motor provides virtually unlimited endurance and is enough for all typical applications for an entire day's work.
Extremely flexible and impressively perfect: With mitre angles of up to 60° on each side and bevel angles of up to 47° on each side, the cordless KAPEX produces high-precision results and offers an enormous range of applications.
Clever details such as the speed preselection, saw blades for every application, bevel, ergonomic underframe and chip collection bag create the conditions for ergonomic, healthy and highly professional work.
The Festool SYMMETRIC SYMC 70 Twin 18V Brushless Mitre Saw from ITS is one of the most portable mitre saws you’ll ever come across - no cables, impressively powerful and beautifully compact.
Achieve ideal results more quickly. With the SYMMETRIC, you can saw strips twice as fast as with a regular compound mitre saw - accurately and without making calculations.
You can use the bevel to easily obtain interior and exterior angles and transfer them to the symmetrical stop system.
You can saw exactly along the bisector, with one setting for cutting both strips of a corner with precision. Exterior angles of up to 60° and interior angles of up to 68° can be carried out effortlessly with just one setting.
The SYMMETRIC SYMC 70 saw is supplied with rollers that will allow you to move the cordless compound mitre saw into the correct position in an instant. When placed, simply lock the wheels in place and begin working. This reduces the amount of space needed. Also, the rollers increase the height of the work bench on the SYMC 70 to precisely match the height of a SYS 3 M 137 Systainer. This can therefore also be used as a workbench and enables long workpieces to be reliably supported.

The cyms 70 saw, surly its only useful for short trim and short skirting boards? A 5 or 6 inch standard skirting board will not stand upright in that saw, but you could lay it flat with any other saw

So weird. I bought my KSC60 yesterday, but the body looks like the SYMC70 (for the button arrangement). It has the rods and everything of the KSC60, just the buttons look differently.

wow I wonder why the KSC 60 is any better than any other miter saw you were just too busy throwing workhorse beast etc. at it without explaining what makes it better than say a bosch, dewalt or milwaukee. A lot of talk with little information.

Thank you for the feedback - the purpose of this video was to compare the Festool Mitre Saws to each other (rather than other brands) and in doing that, we just wanted to give a surface level overview on what sets one of these saws apart from the other. That said, I will take your feedback on board and will try and include more info in future videos :) - Dan
