The Festo Learning Experience Portal offers didactically prepared learning content for many technical areas. It is based on multimedia learning nuggets that can be adapted and combined to form individual learning paths. Developed together with customers and end users, the Festo Learning Experience supports teachers in two essential tasks: the first is to arrange individual learning systems, learning content and exercises into a competence-based learning path - in other words, to organize various didactic media to match perfectly with the desired teaching and learning situation. And secondly, designing individual learning paths so that learners can be optimally supported and promoted. Through the smart combination of eLearning courses and practical exercises, learners with the Festo Learning Experience secure their employability in the high-tech industry.
