Mit einem dreitägigen Festival vom 30. Juni bis zum 2. Juli 2023 startete der Länderschwerpunkt Afghanistan des Goethe-Instituts im Exil. Während des Festivals wurden am Berliner Kunsthaus ACUD zahlreiche künstlerische Produktionen aus der afghanischen Diaspora und der deutsch-afghanischen Kunstszene präsentiert. Das Kunsthaus ACUD verwandelte sich für den Zeitraum des Festivals in einen Projektraum für afghanische Kunst- und Kulturschaffende. Teil des vielfältigen Programms waren Konzerte, Diskussionsveranstaltungen, Lecture Performances, Workshops und ein Kinderprogramm.

The country focus Afghanistan of the Goethe-Institut in exile started with a three-day festival from 30 June to 2 July 2023. During the festival, numerous artistic productions from the Afghan diaspora and the German-Afghan art scene were presented at the Berlin Kunsthaus ACUD. For the duration of the festival, Kunsthaus ACUD was transformed into a project space for Afghan artists and cultural practitioners. The diverse programme included concerts, discussions, lecture performances, workshops and a children's programme.
