I make similar stuffed mirchis with the Costco colorful bell peppers. I love them. I add roasted besan, sesame , roasted powdered peanut, mirchi powder, haldi dhanya powder,salt,, grated ginger garlic and a little bit of chat wali tamarind chutney with some oil to bind them all.. I just tastes yum.

Hi Suchi ❤Happy Navratri to all of you … yummy recipes will try your basin mirchi recipe i usually make these stuffed mirchi with chicken and potatoes but the quantity of chicken should be more than potatoes with salt and black and white pepper you can add veggies like carrots and peppers and the mirchi is covered with egg with bread crumbs or you can use Maida with salt and black pepper as according to your taste. Enjoy your festivals dear and keep making lots of memories with your loved ones 😊

Last thing, you told is very true, at old age people need someone 's time, attention. K koi unki bat sune. I have also witnessed same.
