Sunil bhai app gynaecologist say milay, bhut Saray reason hota hain appka sperm count check karwa lijiyaga, ager woh ok hain toh wife ka check up karwaye, fallopian tube mai blockage ho sakta hain ya aur bhi reason ho sakta hain but sahi reason gynaecologist hi check up aur clinical tests kay baad bata sakta hain
