That is the face of a ferret that trusts its owner 110% and is absolutely enjoying every second. With how much they normally squirm, even if getting pats or scratches, this shows an above and beyond level between them. Completely adorable

I would own a ferret if they're intestines weren't the size of shoestrings where if they ate anything they would get a blockage and there's a bunch of little tidbits and things laying around my house so that wouldn't mix well

Go watch the modern ferret! They have videos on how to ferret proof the house. Its easy. think of it as babyproofing, but.. a bit more of it.

I got my first ferret back in college in 1984, Bonzai a little female. I loved her very, very much and she lived a very long and happy 11 years...I miss her every day.

I wish my ferret would cuddle like that. He is always super squirmy unless he's asleep (which may be typical for ferrets, but still).

Me: “awww” Now just about to grab my ferret in her sleep so I can cuddle 😂 only had her for about a month and when she’s asleep is the easiest time to cuddle her usually she doesn’t sit still 😂

My ferrets either fall asleep immediately or go into weasel war dance mode when I snuggle them like this. There's no in between.
