Could someone explain me why there are so many exotic cars only in these part of India?

+Tiger Costa most of the rich people of India settle down in Mumbai,Bangalore or New Delhi and therefore these cars are more common in these 3 cities There are such exotic cars in other cities like hyderabad,chennai,kochi etc but they're not as common there as in the main 3 cities
