I got the Kyosho RC Mini-Z full alloy mods AWD drift conversion + custom milled Alloy F40 wheels also 1:24ish scale!! THING IS A BEAST got 3 bodies for it, original RED original YELLOW + White SHELL (gas) livery!

its impossible for the turbos not to spin when the motor is running, the camera just didnt pick up the sound of the spool over the loud cold start until they rev it

The F40 has a V8 BiTurbo and the König Testarossa has a V12 Biturbo. I think that is the reason for sound difference

Thing is: the "vanilla" TR hat no chargers at all. 2 years earlier, such a stock TR yelled at me, too, but it was far less intimidating ;-) Btw - dunno if the one in this video was stock 480 HP (for Group B) - the König had no homologation limitations.

I saw it once live when I was 6 or 7 yo. After 23 years it still impresses, not like new Ferrari or Lambo.

Upgrade those ancient turbos and intercoolers with similar sized currently available fare. Forget that 8-bit Magnetti Marelli ECU. Plug in a modern Motec. Retune it. Bolt on. Bolt off. Nothing but improvement on a legend. Only would say this about the F40.

Not really ferrari f40 is my favourite car but I wouldn't say it's the last of the true Ferrari's. Amazing cars like the la ferrari, ferrari 812 superfast, ferrari sf90 strandale have come out and they look pretty good.

The f40 really is a chassis and a 500 hp beast of a motor with a plastic takeout container stapled on top of it lmao. Their weight-saving was just "make it barely a car"

The driver is actually an idiot by revving it up so much. You only have to play with the clutch a bit, it will move forward running stationary because the engine has so much power.
