And many of these things are things that can not be taught and is just something a man either has in his blood or he doesn’t. There are some parts of it that can be taught to others but you can not teach everything that Dennis naturally retains!! That only comes from having a true and honest heart! Another Outstanding father/daughter video! Might have to go to TX just to try Niki's, looked amazing. Was waiting for the little kid on the bike run into the black ferrari, Scary!

All of the business owners introduced to us in this episode seem to be really good people. I'm starting to develop an understanding from channels like this and from various interviews of other famous Texans (actors, etc.) that people there are just born with good manners and good hearts. Gotta love it.

Man I love that you get the opportunity to have your daughter working with you. Also of course all that amazingly tasty food! I really enjoy your content and would love to spend a day with Dennis and the crew. I love small town hidden gem restaurants that you find. Keep the great content coming. Dennis seems to have always been in good shape, which makes me ask: I've always wondered how close in age he his to Richard. I'm going to assume he's gotta be at least 5-8 years older just based on the fact that he's been in business since 1983. Richard is 53 and looks like hell, so if Dennis is say 58, he looks pretty good.

I am Mr. oldschool! I love the "newer" Ferraris, but seeing the Ghibli in the shop exited me the most! This was one of my absolute favourites when I was ten. Together with the Iso Grifo and the early C3 Corvettes.

Funny story! I watched this video yesterday (2023.07.13) and thought Niki's looked good. My wife and I eat every meal out and are always looking for something new. I love all the finds on Coffee Walk, but this one is about 40 minutes from our house in Valley Ranch. So we went to Niki's last night and Dennis is so right about the food, Really good! Of course, I thought it would be fun to run into Dennis or the group there. About half way through our dinner, a couple is getting up to leave and I hear the manager? holler "Bye, Alex" from the kitchen. I look up and there is Alex! Thought that was pretty cool. I didn't stop him, I'm not a fan of bugging people on their personal time. Tanks for Coffee Walk! I hate coffee, but love the channel. Keep 'em coming.

DC has such a great respect and and admiration for all of the vendors that do work for him, and the way he introduces everyone with him production crew included such a class act.

I went to CBJ way back in 2001. My friend Russell Sperry purchased a rare CJ7, V8, HAD A GOLD plaque denoting the last of the CJ series. Very nice jeep, scary way too fast, nice people to do biz with. Good to see them and Dennis still represents Texas style and attitude and CLASS. There are several states that could learn from this exemplary enterprise.
