It is legal in RSR - because of the RSR app not enforcing at least two wheels between the white lines properly. And it increases the difficulty because of the surface changes and the higher apex speeds.

It is the skin pack by Peter Bose (color correction pack for Sol)

Search for Ricardo Macieskis Spa lap here in YT. I ran basically his setup with adjusted gears and PSI.

Egregious cheating... 100% brake pressure and ABS during the turn-in? Lol. This guy also never shares his setups and makes some shit up. He's using a cheat tire mod that has extremely high grip. Terrible technique trail braking and full throttle before car straightens.
