hard to say, i would think the third could be considered aldaris and the conclave but then again the orange faction never really got much in the way of development, i think orange was on one of the conclave missions but i dont remember if it was that or brown, i know red is, and yellow is tassadar, not sure about blue but sense in starcraft 2 the dealaam is light blue so its prob good enough, it is a shame the faction colors didnt get much development compared to warcraft 2

Probably one of the other Judicators that supports you, considering you are able to build Arbiter, which lore canon wise is only operated by a Judicator, on several missions

After the cut missions were added back in, I suppose I shouldn't be surprised there was mention of the Tagal again. They would've been neat to see in SC2.

Protoss missions means random chatter from protoss characters and capital ships ramming in the eye!

Fenix's dialogue makes you wonder how many races the Protoss wiped out in previous wars

based on what information we can glean about the conclave in stuff like the starcraft manual, probably not that many! the conclave valued the preservation of life (specifically life as a collective, like the biospheres of planets) very highly. they are stated to have an extremely low opinion of the terrans specifically because of the extremely destructive and exploitative effects that we had on any planet we settled. despite this disdain, they opted not to engage with the terrans, as they preferred noninterference with species in their empire wherever possible. however, when the zerg invaded, it was a combination of their lack of regard for humanity and recognition of the colossal threat of the zerg that made them decide "Eh, fuck it, just play it safe and burn the planets the Zerg are invading. It's not like the Terrans are gonna take care of it if we save them." one would assume the protoss wouldn't take such dramatic measures against most other species they encounter.

During this, Stukov also eventually confides the secret to permanently defeating the Protoss to Mengsk. And as it turns out, Duran's psionic dreams towards Draliska also grant him hidden access to the Khala and translates the Protoss conversations he's managed to overhear throughout his numerous solo hunts. During their camping, they discussed a lot of things, such as how Draliska came to be, Mengsk's interest in the Zerg, Stukov's reasons for the UED being in the Koprulu Sector, and so on. As well as the fact that it is indeed from Stukov's mind that the Conclave gleaned the location of Tarsonis. Mengsk doesn't hold it against him, as he thought it was only a matter of time before the Protoss found the Terran's founding home world in the Koprulu Sector.

Iirc in the original book, Kerrigans dreams taunting Raynor were of them happy and loving in a picturesque field. Now it makes me wonder what kind if visions Duran was teasing with Draliska.

I think this is the first time someone I watch didn't position dragoons on the walls of Antioch to make use of the high ground against the incoming zerg. Clearly, these three executors haven't studied tactics

We did that on the first time. But they were getting outnumbered and destroyed in seconds by hydralisks. It is better to put them behind zealots than putting them on high ground. If the ground is a large cliff, then it is better to put all dragoons along the edge but it doesnt work well with these temple walls.

Ahh yes a tutorial mission. At least today they didn't put hard counters for your very limited tech tree in ways that require map editing this time. Although I do fear with the way the AI is set in this and the style of the maps. That the even the mighty Gantrithor may struggle greatly in time due to the inevitable endless sea of mutalisk and scourge...

Suggestion - since briefings seems the same as in original, how about adding a time stamp for when gameplay starts? I'm sorry if it as addressed in comment sections under many dozen of previous videos

For this missions there should/could be alternative protoss heroes to support Fenix.
