In Poland claas dueled fendt. 1050 vs xerion. Both had the same weight and were working 8 hours. Fendt outclassed xerion in tillage. Fuel consumption was so Bad in xerion that claas didnt showed results and tried to justify results by saying "2 different tractors, not enough time...." you can easily find it on youtube. Test was performer on 1300ha farm located in żóławy region.

I chose the Xerion ,because as a VC it ​​can rotate the cab and you have a lot more space when reversing and a better all-round view than with Fendt.😉

i don't think so

Hard to compared a conventional mfwd to an articulated tractor due to differences in torque implanting characteristics from the fixed axle vs steering axle designs. Both are very viable tractors and can out shine the other in different circumstances and I’d take either one and be a happy operator even though neither are my color of choice

Xarion cannot outshine fendt for 1 simple reason. Fend was designed around fuel consumption. No one realy works hard nowadays, you work fast to burn as low fuel as possible.

Fendt wins due to high road speed and lower fuel consumption. Fuel consumption is a big thing these days.

@@pompy65 You know that the Vario 1050 is 65 KM/H or 40.39 MPH fast? The JCB Fasttrac runs 80KM/H or 49.71 MPH in the highway version. The standard tractor runs 73 KM/H or 45.36 MPH.😉

That's a hard decision. Both are awesome tractors. However Both are extremely expensive and extremely hard to acquire right now. However if I had to choose unfortunately I wouldn't choose either. For the price I could buy a John Deere.

wrong i didn'tsay that!! Fendt has more overall power rated/teSted/drawbar and uses less fuel on all, also a lighter tractor can be more agile... that's my opinion, if yours is different then ok...

Claas its simple and strong end quality of materials it’s better than fendt
