THE 1987 IS JUST A LEGEND OF AN AMP..................I was goin to say it's more practical than the 1959..............BUT STILL LOUD LIKE YOU COULDN'T BELIEVE!!!

When you cross the inputs on the plexi channel it allows you to dial in both channels for the best balance of lows and highs.

Lovely amp! I have one of these. Are you using an attenuator here? Mine is REALLY loud. Even on 2 on the normal channel. I see you’re jumping the channels, what level do you have the bright channel at? You’ve got it dialled in really well there dude.

I have a post phase master on the back in second speaker out. No holes driller. I am running the bright channel about 6to7 and then the bass channel on about 4 on this amp. My 73 I only had to run the bass at 3 so this 1987x has more bass. Thanks for the comments.

What kind of post phase inverter master volume? Sounds really good

why that cable in the lower first input and in the higher 2 input?

I got a 75 MKII 50w with a 74 marshall cab loaded w creambacks
