Fencing Pliers: Classic design with a modern touch. Snap On, Please make one just for me.

Fencing Pliers are a mainstay of ranch life. Designed for fence wire, these powerhouses cut, splice, pull, tension, twist, staple, nail, and remove anything from electric fence wire, to barbed wire. With most pairs selling between $20-$30, they are a good value.

My grandpa had a pair in every truck on the place. They are the Swiss Army knife of the farm. 👍🏼

I was at a yard sale today and got a pair of these Dewalt pliers for just $8. I was very happy to find them. Home Depot’s price as of today is just shy of $29

Probably best tool for dentist‘s work on zombies (although they’re not in appropriate zombie green).

My ex wife used to tell me that I spent more time with my tools than with her. She left me after I started calling my tools women's names

My old man, farmer his whole life, uses a set up of 8 inch bolt cutters, a pair of wire twisters (small round stock with holes drilled into it basically), and a pair of channel lock brand fencing pliers with a two prong plier head all in a tool belt pouch. The two prongs make it easier to grab wire with. He's 65 and fences faster than all the other farmers in the valley when we get together up on the mountain to put up or take down fence.

Regarding battery tools-I’ve purchased from eBay NOS Bluebird pliers number 11, 14, and 25; also the no. 21 battery terminal puller. They have all been useful and high quality (forged not stamped) compared to the often rebranded Lang versions made today. I cannot speak for the fencing pliers, it’s one of the few tools that don’t come up much in my work or hobbies.

The video is great, this kind of tool is still very practical, not long ago, I bought a renhotecic brand pliers, it is very convenient to use, it works very well. Everyone can use a tool

Bought a new pair, Channelock brand and they don't open well at all. (you did a video on that) I wrote Channelock and haven't heard anything. Good company, but little frustrating. Lost the old original had forever pair.

don't pull the staple straight out. The tool head has arced surfaces in all planes to act as fulcrums.

Diamond Horseshoe fence pliers are/were the best…and not the cheap Chinese reincarnation of that fine old brand.
