Tip, for anyone curious on what vitamins your body needs. You can request a blood test that will show what your body needs and your doctor can advise you. Vitamins can be overwhelming

Worked in a warehouse for a week and babyyyyy, I needed an update on feminine hygiene, found McKenna, changed my life, boosted my confidence and made me feel like THAT GIRL *two snaps* TRUST HER YALLLLL😘

My husband passed away very suddenly 7 months ago and, since that time, I've really been trying to work hard on improving my self-care and self-love, so I've been trying all kinds of different hygiene products and hitting the gym 4-5 times per week. My doctor recommended Rephresh about 15 years ago, and it’s the best thing ever!

Listen, you put the girls ON with this routine. Watched one of these 6mths ago and I've been a new woman since! But unfortunately I don't live in the US so I don't have access to all your products (I WISH DID!). So if anyone else is like me, I suggest salicylic acid to remove odor (underarms) & ingrowns (underarms & bikini). I mix pure witch hazel & a little water in a bottle & use that.

I swear watching your videos is just so calming. You should do a video on how you take your (time of day) vitamin 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Great video. For those who don't like to drink water, there may be a good reason. A lot of the water on the market is mineral deficient and we just don't crave it nor do we absorb it well. I've noticed when some people drink it they get heartburn or feel worse (diluted). If "water" isn't working for you then juice! it's a great way to get hydration if you can't afford liquid IV. We all still need water though, Mountain Valley (green glass bottle) is a great alternative to regular bottled water.

I'm a newbie I binge-watched her videos, so satisfying to watch her clean I love it when she cooks, and her self-care routine I LOVE everything about McKenna!!! She inspires me there's a video where she like you know my life was not like this before because I know social makes it look like ppl got all things figured out! You know what's crazy im 25 and im, not a mum yet but McKenna makes me rethink about having kids in the future she makes me feel like im gonna be this dope mother the way she just takes care of her family the house, and herself gives me so much hope 🙏🏾 🇿🇦❤🌻

I love watching different videos to see if there's something I don't do We pretty much have the same routine except The foot wash So I definitely will try that The witch hazel...I prefer coconut It's sooooo good And it's Lou Me for the Lume I thought I got a bad batch because it definitely had a sour smell and I hate it but when you said that it made me feel like ok I may try it again if I can't get my usual For the dry mouth you could try biotene...it also comes in a spray for I also take dental proboitcs chewable if you wanna try something new Great tips
