This is the Aussie Vocal Coach 8 Week Vocal Workout Challenge. This workout is the first in a series of 8 vocal routines that will help you become a better singer. The exercises in this workout:
Vocal Exercise 1: Forward resonance and sustaining chest voice.
Vocal Exercise 2: Sustaining a light head voice.
Vocal Exercise 3: Twang and sustaining mixed voice.
Vocal Exercise 4: Blending your vocal registers.
Vocal Exercise 5: Riffs and Runs for agility.
Each exercise starts in an Alto range and ascends into Mezzo and Soprano vocal ranges. Make sure you sing in a comfortable range for your voice.

Is there any evolution or results?
Day 1 ❤ Day 2 💙 Day 3 💜Can't go very high with my mixed voice, switching quickly to head voice so I'm working on it !! Day 4 💛 mixed voice exercise is already easier :) The oohh exercise is still hard on the highest note, working on placement! Day 5 🧡 still hard to reach to reach the high notes especially with vibrato Day 6 💗 2 last oo's are hard, everything sounds so much better, was able to do the blending better, ma felt good 😍 Day 7💚 finished! I'll come back to this workout Day 8 caus this workout is too good Day 9! Pre concert cause very effective Day 10: back to it before another concert!
God dang, on my week 4, did this today for test and the progress is WILD.
Please upload these on music streaming services also, Some of us simply have these playlist for practicing and especially without a screen it's nice to have no distractions and also smart speakers easily play it in one command
week 1 start from 24 may 21 day 1 ✅ : not enough breath to support chest voice , especially for the yeah part day 2 ✅ : struggle at the yeah part day 3 ✅ : quite chill today day 4 ✅ : getting easier day 5 x : didnt have time to do day 6 ✅ : voice little tired and lazy today day 7 ✅ : last day yay!! chest voice still not as strong
Imma be doing this once a day every day for a week and then move onto the next exercise till the right weeks are up. I'll keep y'all updated 🤠.

I can't even reach the third scale in the head voice exercise 😂
Trying this challenge. Let’s go for 8weeks. Week1 Day1✅: I could not go for all ranges on exercice 3, but overall a good session. Day2✅ Day3✅ Day4✅: exercices are getting easier Day5✅ Day6✅

Day 1: ✅️ but couldn't reach the top few notes in exercise 2; exercise 3 was very uneven, voice kept cracking Day 2: ✅️ still couldn't reach the top of exercise 2, exercise 3 was still uneven but a bit better, exercise 5 felt strained (jaw felt tense)

since I left the university I never get to do vocal exercises regularly. Hope to finish this challenge to regain my flexibility! week1: day1 done day2 done (already felt more comfortable than the first day :)) day3 done day4 done ( head voice is too difficult for me. How often do you recommend doing this in one week?
What is the range in exercise 2? The lowest and the highest notes?

In his "quick warm-up for Altos "video he says the warm up should be used before any of his vocal workouts, and yes, you'll feel a difference if you want up before! 😊

Im a tenor, I’ve tried your male tutorial and seem to hit pretty much all notes expect the last low ones but want to go higher Could I use this for that? I do find it more challenging

Tenor here. I'm doing the same thing. I want to work that higher mix. For rock type vocals. I find myself working on female exercises these days

I know right? I have a 3 octave range and still couldn't make the highest ones 😂 but I'm not a soprano so yeah.
Do we do this exercise daily for all of week 1? How many times week should we do this exercise?

Always warm up first as you may end up straining, which is bad for your voice.
