Maybe I'm a " killjoy" for some people here. BUT: With a pneumothorax, you have to drill a hole in a person. This must be done absolutely sterile, for example with alcohol. The person then needs further medical treatment and observation. And if he has an internal rupture - then even more so! You don't walk around carelessly with that. The beginning of this story is absolutely implausible. And then an appendix problem! You need all kinds of tools to do that....and she has all that in her little white suitcase? You also have to be able to sew up the "tail of the intestine" and the patient needs an infusion afterwards.....quite apart from the need for anesthesia and monitoring by an anesthetist. I don't believe what I see here.

La " magia" de estos dramas😂😂😂. Igual q los " acuchillados" que están a punto de morir en el quirofano y al día siguiente se levantan, mueven y corren como si no hubiera pasado nada y algunos hasta con la misma ropa que tenían puesta y que no tiene ningún agujero 😂😂😂😂

@@jennyjen1399 Anyone with medical knowledge will find this movie difficult to endure...a pity really. The movie idea could be interesting. BUT a consultant would have been helpful...
