I can't even lie right now.... I've been on the U.K wave for about a year now. I was playing Grand theft auto 5 and I heard Skepta's grease mode. Set it off for ya boy. I went to Spotify and typed his name and when I went to related artist I hit a gold mine. Wretch 32 was the first person I found, now I listen to U.K artist more than people from the states. Wretch 32, Ghetts, Avelino, Stormzy, Skepta, Headie one, Chip, Unknown T, J hus. I can go on.... Alot of people sleep on this type of music. They need to be informed of this movement. I like how you said they have meaning to their lyrics. I feel like I know most of these artist through their music. I go back and listen to their music from 8,9,10 years ago when they first started, I feel their struggle and I just appreciate this music. I'm from the states and I recommend if you haven't heard music from the U.K then you need to give them lads a listen, oh check out fire in the spoofs too.

I can't really say who's the best or who is more popular there because I'm from the states and I haven't got to enjoy everybody. I just listened to the fire in the booth that had the movement on there. Wretch, Scorcher, Mercston, and Ghetts. I just know to me Wretch would be there perfect person to sign. His music is so inspirational and uplifting. When I'm feeling grimey I listen to Ghetts. But I'm gonna check him out. On some real stuff send me some more artist I should check out that I haven't listened to. I would appreciate it.
