After internship, as the institute ask permanent medical registration, if not, they receipt of applied for / internship completion… You can check on fellowship admission criteria of ISCCM - www.isccm.org FCCCM - www.icueducation.com

For Fellowships in OBGY, candidates need to have post graduation MD/DNB/DGO, as this is the criteria of institutes who are offering such fellowships in India. However, on the basis of MBBS degree, there some certificate/ fellowships available in OBGY Ultrasound, Clinical Embryology which you can explore.

Fellowships after MBBS, usually of 1 - 2 years of duration. After completion, the recognized body issue a certificate of fellowship.

After OBGY, there are few subspecialty fellowships which you can do... like Reproductive Medicine, Surgical Gynecology, Gynecologic Oncology; search the same specialty on our courses portal under "All Courses"; courses.docthub.com/ And yes, most fellowships include Stipend, but depends on course structure, usually 1-2 years fellowships are paid...where-in short term (3-6 months) courses may not include stipend, as these are more of Hands-on or Observation based...

Most fellowships are not MCI recognized, but the fellowship specialties are such that any medical graduate are legally practice it in India. For Example; Diabetology, MBBS doctors can practice it legally in India, fellowship will improve your clinical knowledge & skills

We do not come across any such Gastroenterology fellowships which allow MBBS doctor... even if such course available....you can only practice certain aspects of it like Managing Gastro emergency, Gastritis, as legally MBBS doctor can not fully practice as Gastroenterologists..

Yes.. after MBBS in UK you need to clear IELTS, GMC exam, then PLAB-1 & 2 for getting admission to Medical PG or fellowships…

Outside India: For UK, USA, Cananda - respective exam is compulsory May be in Singapore, usually they analyse applicants on work experience, research work, state of interest.

For Australia Healthcare Career, currently, we are not having much detailed information. For the MSW (Master of Social Work) course in Australia after MBBS, if your goal is to pursue medical PG residency there, you can start with such a course where you get an entry with a student visa and simultaneously you prepare for medical pg.

Actually no such options available in India. Usually it is offered after MD/ DNB/ Diploma in Respiratory Medicine/ Internal Medicine

In USA, foreign medical graduates can go for USMLE. But there is also another way of Clinical Elective Programs which is offered by different medical schools, it is for few weeks, you can be familiar with US medical system and it will help you in interview after USMLE exams. After MBBS, direct fellowships are not available.
