I have the MiniMax si 315 elite s and love it. Same saw as the Felder but half the cost in 2016. If you run a cabinet shop this is a must tool to have. I use to struggle with trying to cut large panels on a regular table saw even though I had wrap around table around it. People complain that these saws take up to much room, but, if you measure what room a full 4x8 sh.plywood takes in back ,front and side of a regular table saw, this takes up no more room. I mounted a on/off switch on the end of my sliding table, works great. Felder, MiniMax, and other brands are great machinery for this purpose.

Just watching you do cutting, I sense that your blade is slightly dull and the rip fence is slightly out of square.? I have several Felder machines and they cover what I need. Felder even told me not to get a Hammer saw due to quality issues. I rarely cut panel plywood. The burn marks on the cut edge from the saw teeth are indicators that the wood or rip fence is out of square.

It was a lack of power in the shop, I was only drawing about 196V. The saw struggled and even blew a capacitor. I'm in a new shop now with proper power and no longer experience issues with the scoring blade slowing down/stopping or the saw starting.
