Osmonbi Kajiko I’m from Igbo tribe , I love fela kuti so much. Have you seen the recent drama that happened in Abuja when one of the leader was fainting and waking up due to questions they asked him on how he squandered money at his control. That thing reminds me about fela kuti music and they’re all happening today

There is no simple way to explain Fela's genius - it is an orchestra, it is choral, it is jazz, it is alluring instrumental harmony, it is mesmerising rhythmic energy, it is Afro-beat! It's qualities are unprintable. It is deep in timbre and richness. The more you listen to it the more you discover! This is why it moves the soul! It is Fela! No one else on Earth can do it. He was one of a kind!

The music is different from previous content. Of course, there are recognized influences, therein. The music is ancestral consciousness as transmitted and exhibited by and in the human experience - known as Fela. Is it possible, the artistry of Fela is consistent with expressions of the most ancient ancestors? This truth warrior often wonders whether there is such a reality as split souls. Perhaps, Fela, Peter Tosh and Lucky Dube are split souls. It is conceivably, Fela, Peter Tosh and Lucky Dube shared DNA of several generations of common ancestors.

I'm French. Saw him in concert in Paris in 1984.Been listening to Fela's music for 40 years now... and will never stop. It's my background music when I work late at night . Incredible musical figure and Freedom Hero. Risked many time his life. Music incarnate. He surpasses Bod Marley, Stewie Wonder, James Brown, Jimi Hendrix, Miles Davis, Coltrane and many others brought together. His music makes me feel like I had many lives before this one and that in one of those lives I danced to the sound of this magic music... It gives life to a lot of nostalgic visions but also to visions of hope and of a future in which all human beings cooperate, overcome oppression, and share the world.

I regretted that Baba himself was not given the chance to become president of Nigeria. The vision he had for Africa was too much. See what's happening today. like he said years ago when these African politicians were still in diapers" WHO NO KNOW, GO KNOW " He would have made African far ahead of what it is today. No problem. We, Diaspora and pan Africans who love our continent demand greatness. It's not gonna be easy, but gradually " MY PEOPLE EYES DONE DEY OPEN AND DEM DONE DEY TAKE ACTION SMALL SMALL "
