Death by 30 second ergo efforts! We are approaching the end of a deep gym block and the fatigue is definitely getting to us! So we finish the week off strong with an ergo session doing 30 seconds efforts targeting 125rpm.
A much earned weekend of recovery is upon us before we get stuck straight back into prep. We also discuss knowing your "why" rather than your "how" in the back end of the video.
