Reiki energy comes from a divine source (God), any nightmares involving hell would be the result of your subconscious mind rather than Reiki. The purpose of this reiki session is to release energy that is trapped or stagnant. Our subconscious will attempt to hold on to outdated concepts when we release (purge) old, out-of-date beliefs, which can result in scary dreams. You will not always dream after a reiki session.
