I have been planning to study further, and I know I have what it takes to do it and take my life to the next level. However, I was feeling a lot of fear, anxiety, resistance and doubt. I started crying midway as I visualized what I wanted my life to be like: having people in my life that I can share my full love with, and the same with them. For me to be happy with friends, family and one day someone I can call mine. People make me happy❤️🥹

I really enjoy that this video isn’t prescriptive on how to have your body, many other videos try to prescribe that and different people have different abilities and some people may be trying to do this somewhere odd like on a train or plane or in a bath, or etc. either way I appreciate the way you set up this video and said “however feels comfortable for you” 🫶🏻
