    This is amazing... I struggle with a lot of health problems, but now that I've started doing breath work every day I have felt better than maybe ever in my life?! This one simple, free exercise has given my brain more oxygen so it can function better, stopped my anxiety and anger from spiraling out of control, lowered my blood pressure, helped me sleep better at night and given me the energy to work through my trauma! I've been doing it every day for about 2 months now and I have been able to lower the dosages of several of my medications (with the help of my doctor, of course). Pretty amazing. Make small, sustainable healthy lifestyle changes, one at a time, and you will get there too!

    Loving all your productions, they are perfect. 15 minutes are great. I nice short one to use when something triggers anxiety would be fantastic!

    Helps you to overcome unmeasurably and be in the moment, even just the first 2 mins / 1 round. You aren’t able to think during. If you are arguing with someone just try and go do this

    WOW! There’s a lot of talk about tapping into high vibrational feelings so that you can create and manifest from that state…. this concept always resonated with me but I was never able to achieve it.
