it seems your soil is very compacted (because water is collecting on the surface and soaking in very very slow). if you wanna have a garden area, i would recommend to break the compacted soil up with a subsoiler (they can be rented). if you dont drive over the garden area with heavy tools or vehicles later, you only have to do that once, and then you are golden for decades. it also could help in areas, where u want to grow grass for the animals. compacted soil is not good in storing water and has poorer microbiom. when broken up, the soil will store water in dry periods better, plants can root deeper, and are more resilient.

Those frogs you found are Great Plains narrow-mouthed frogs, a terrestrial frog species (that is, they don't hang out in ponds, rivers or other bodies of water) also known as the western narrow-mouthed toad. They are fairly common all throughout Texas and their range extends as far north as southern Nebraska and as far south as Mexico. They eat small insects, particularly ants, and are often found in leaf litter and under large objects like rocks and logs. I guess we can add trash cans to the list.

The Hog Rider is a fast ground troop with medium hit points, low damage, and the ability to jump over enemy Walls. He is unlocked at level 2 Dark Barracks. The Hog Rider (person) is a bare-chested dark-skinned man holding a hammer. He has a Mohawk, wears a brown leather loincloth, a red belt, and a pair of leather sandals, as well as two large golden wristbands and a gold earring. His ride is a large hog, about half his height. It has a brown leather bridle looped around its tusks, which in turn is held by the Hog Rider. Hog Riders prioritize defensive structures above all other targets, and will bypass all other types of enemy buildings and troops while any defenses remain on the battlefield. This is true even if they are under attack by enemy Clan Castle troops, heroes or Skeleton Trap skeletons. Note that like all troops that prioritize defenses, Hog Riders do not consider the Clan Castle to be a defense regardless of whether or not it contains enemy troops, but do consider the defending Grand Warden and the activated Town Hall weapon (if any) to be defensive buildings. Once all defenses are destroyed, Hog Riders become like any other troop with no preferred target; they will attack the nearest building to them regardless of type, and will turn and attack enemy units if they become aware of any nearby.

If you have a fish tank pump with a long hose you can put it in the air conditioning water run off bucket and just stick the out put side of the hose out the window and that way your plants get watered and you don't have to lift a heavy bucket of water and you just have to unplug when bucket empties. I have done this in the past and it works very well!

Wanna know why wood chips work well for stopping things from growing? The nitrogen it takes to break down the woodchips is so high it will not let anything grow.....cedar chips specifically are what stops mites mold and mildew 💚
