My youngest afew times a week takes himself to bed, brushes his teeth, asks just to be tucked in, no book just a cuddle and after a long day, its the greatest gift ever! 😂 hes 6 and can be the exact depiction in this sketch, but sometimes is the sweetest little boy in the world and helps non stop haha

i've been waiting for you to discover Michael McIntyre too. his "Leaving the house" clip is brilliant - I hadn't actually seen this one, it's good. New Zealand english is based heavily in English english and here a jumper is just a knitted jersey, but some people would even refer to a sweatshirt as a jumper - long sleeve crew neck top you'd wear over a t-shirt etc

What i find amazing parenting seems like a dream for some. We were all children but somehow as soon as we become parents some forget and are surprised how wonderful & a little horror they were.

Congrats on 80k subs guys! so glad you liked McIntyre. His other 2 kids videos are "Sibling rivalry escalates & crosswalks" & "People without children have no idea what it's like". A shorter kids lesser viewed video is "Entertaining children" about where's Walley, but there's so many funny McIntyre videos on KZread, it's a gold mine. Another person in the comments quite rightly mentioned the "man drawer", that is really his first main trademark bit he was first known for. This really made me laugh, can't wait for more McIntyre guys, thanks again. His "accents" video is also great, he's very good at accents, Australian, South African etc... Also his "Dealing with bees and wasps" video.

A jumper is British English for a sweater. A jomper is trousers and top joined together... As in jomper suit, usually for kids, but there are adult equivalents... Also called dungarees...

Michael McIntyre is my favourite stand up. He makes me laugh so much. His delivery is just brilliant! You should look into the episode called ‘Michael McIntyre Live at the Apollo Live and Laughing’ I suffer with depression, once in a while I will put some of his stuff and it just gives me the laughs I need. My wife and I saw this whole show on our honeymoon, while onboard a coach travelling through Europe. Half the bus was in stitches, and most of us didn’t even have kids at that point. It’s even more relatable today. We ended up going to a Michael McIntyre standup show when he came to australia a few years ago. Hilarious.

mum resisted every single day, if you didn't eat what's on the plate you went without, simple has that.

You just needed to be tougher, like our parents were BUT it was a pretty even battle. Parent: "You won't leave this table until you have eaten your food!!" Children: "We can't eat the pumpkin" P - "Why not?" C - "People use it to keep their room's down" In one case - a battle between my mom and I over broccoli. "Ian, You will eat that broccoli" "I won't" "Then you'll just stay at the table" Everybody's gone to bed, I'm still at the table. At about 02:00 in the morning, she came and woke me up at the table. "God, you're stubborn. You win. Now go to bed"

My kids always did what l told them to do, you have to start young and stick with it but also tell them you love them.

As a non-parent I'm amazed by that constant, daily investment in the offspring. I don't know how people do it. But it must be great every time the kids do well at something at school, in sports, in art etc, and then, hopefully grow into fine young people, jobs well done by Mom and Pop. Glad you've found Michael M. He's excellent at observation comedy, as you can see.

We were so lucky. My boys ate everything we put in front of them, and I mean EVERYTHING! and we never ever had problems putting them to bed! because I'd run them ragged during the day. However, they were really good at all other chaos :) My youngest loved to wait until I'd cleaned him up and put a new nappy (diaper) on him and then he'd move his bowels, smile and say cacaaaaaa (We used to call him ASBO - Anti-Social Behaviour Order, because that's where he was heading)

Just proves you can be absolutely hilarious without being at all offensive. Better mention a segment in this show he does is called "celebrity send to all" where he gets a celebrities cell phone on the big screen on stage while they are in the royal box to his left with their family/friends & sends an embarrassing text to their entire phonebook & then reads the replies later in the show, my favourite is ex Irish boy band member Ronan Keating, hence the accent he does. Mcintyre, along with Kay & Flanagan will definitely help you get to a 100k guys, as they have such a huge following & loads more new material on the way from all 3 from there current UK tours that everyone will be reacting to.

Guys I recall the first sony dvd players in I think 1978-79 the dvds were the same size as L,Ps. It was difficult to buy the dics still got Saturday night fever, hello again, & the guns of Navarre. They were £20-£30 Each could never afford the player though but like peter kay I've got about 50 vhs tape can't recall what on them but I have a vhs player. But ca t be bothered to check them. There are still films that are only available on vhs one being whoopi goldberg burglar. Have you looked up not the 9,0.clock news.

Although i love them now... Vegetables tasted awful to me as a child... However... I used to disguise the taste of them with things like Heinz Tomato Ketchup... HP Sauce... And my absolute favourite... Mint Sauce... I would mash up my Vegetables with my fork and mix them in with Creamy Butterd Mashed Potatoes... Then cover everything with a Rich Thick Meaty Gravy... And mix in some Mint Sauce to disguise the bitter tasting Vegetables... Especially those bitter Brussel Sprouts... But once the Mint Sauce is mixed in with everything else... It makes the Vegetables taste quite palatable actually... But whichever Sauce your child prefers to use... Just let them use it... It might seem disgusting to you as a parent... Whenever you see your child smother their Vegetables in something like Heinz Tomato Ketchup... HP Sauce... Mint Sauce... Or any other Sauce that they would like to try instead. But if you really want your child to eat their Vegetables... And give their bodies the Vitamins and Minerals they need to help with their growth and development... And helping them to stay healthy... Then why not give it a try... But to try and force a child to eat something that they hate the taste of... Is a real uphill battle... Just in the exact same way as you would trick a dog into taking it's medication issued by the Vet... By inserting a tablet inside a lump of dog food... The dog can't tell that there's a tablet in there... They just bolt it down... If you can disguise the taste of Vegetables for your child in a similar way... Then it's preferable to do that... Than to have them refusing to eat the Vegetables they need to stay healthy.👌
