How much?
From the outside it looks impressive with the transitional style but it lacks the flow on the inside especially with the living area and kitchen
Not a bad way to spend 1.7M. Just not thrilled with the location.

It does not have to be in that location you can buy a lot then ask them to build you a home

The neighborhood itself is quite nice. It’s just a bit far from town and the freeway to and from the area is a nightmare.

@@prettyladie8327 no, The FREEWAY Hwy 290 is a nightmare. The area is quite nice. I think the neighborhood is called Bridgeland.
