Location: Sharon, PA
Testing: Every Saturday at 11:57 AM (only testing until May)
Address: Behind the Sharon American Legion
Other Enthusiasts Present: None
Recording Equipment used: Canon Powershot SX540 HS, Canon Vixia HF R800
Other Notes: So on this first saturday most places in my area were not testing due to severe T-storms being expected so I decided to head for Sharon PA where the storms wouldn't arrive until after 12PM. This thing went off at 11:57 and it's believed to be because of the long test duration. Also my tripods fell over while I was at the pole so I had to rush back to pick them up. Thank God my Powershot was still recording. Anyways hope ya'll enjoy!

Tripod: I'm okay. The siren test just blew me away.
This SD-10 sounds just like the one at my local fire department in NY (Deerfield Fire District No. 1, in Deerfield, NY in the Utica area). Theirs is in a maroon color and has seen better days due to decades of weather, but still packs a punch like this one! Glad to see this CD-era piece is still in great condition and still has its original yellow color.
When that happened to me in Barlett and I finally noticed it, I said "Goddammit!"
Damn this ain't even a fool either! But damn that tripod fall was nasty.

Damn good thing your camera didn’t shut down as some do when they hit the ground
Wind be like that. Can be great at any other time, but a pain in the ass when trying to record sirens.

Well A. My tripods haven't fell since 2019 and B. the wind was horrendous
