Just to ask, can anyone really use these kinds of signal lights? Say, I have a 125 cc bike, won't the police question me on using/installing these? Thanks!

Flashing lights are only allowed on certain vehicles in specific situations. Blue is reserved for the Police in most states. These could be placed on your house (as part of an alarm system or inside for fun). Impersonating the Police has been used in rapes and other crimes, and at minimum can cause unnecessary confusion and may get a vehicle confiscated.
